Answering buyer questions on your product page
The Questions tab is a direct line to shoppers who aren't sure yet.
Every product you publish has a Questions tab where buyers can ask before purchasing. You'll get a notification the moment someone posts, so you don't need to check back manually.
Your replies are the only ones on the thread shown with your store name and a verified badge. Buyers post as "A buyer," so answering doesn't turn into a public back-and-forth with real names attached.
A good answer here often does more for a hesitant buyer than another line in the description. It's proof someone's actually behind the listing.
