Asking a seller a question before you buy
The Questions tab on every product page is exactly for this.
Every product page has a Questions tab where you can ask the seller anything not already covered in the description: file formats, what's included in a kit, how long a course takes, whatever's holding you back from clicking buy.
Sellers get a notification the moment you post, and their reply shows up right in the same thread, no email back-and-forth needed. Other shoppers can see the question and answer too, so you might find yours has already been answered.
Your identity isn't shown on a question. It's posted as "A buyer," and only the seller's replies are attributed, with a verified badge next to their store name.
