Where your purchases live: My Library
Everything you've bought, and how to get the files.
Once you've bought something, it shows up in My Library: every digital product and course you own, with a direct download button for files and a link into the course player for courses.
Library entries keep the seller's name and purchase date attached, so if you bought a few similar-sounding templates from different sellers, you can still tell them apart later.
If a download link isn't working or a file seems wrong, that's exactly what the refund and report flows in Trust & Safety are for. See the Trust & Safety guides for how those work.
