Reporting a product or user
When to use this instead of a refund request.
If a listing is misleading, or a seller or buyer is behaving badly, the Report flow under Trust & Safety takes a description and routes it to the moderation team.
Product reports and user reports are separate options in the same flow. Pick whichever matches what actually happened, since that determines who reviews it.
You can see the status of anything you've reported from the same page, so you're not left wondering whether it went anywhere.
